Food & Consumable Products
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
However, if there is a problem with your order, we will make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Missing items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos, if applicable
We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Opened or used food products (unless damaged or incorrect)
- Orders damaged due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Orders delayed due to carrier issues outside our control
